Tahini Brownies
Fudgy chocolate brownies made with tahini and sweetened with maple syrup, molasses and coconut sugar, then chilled so the centre sets properly.

Method
- 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a small baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2
In a bowl, whisk together the tahini, eggs, maple syrup, coconut sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- 3
Stir in the melted chocolate.
- 4
Add the baking soda and salt and mix until just combined.
- 5
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top.
- 6
Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly soft.
- 7
Let cool — the brownies will continue to set as they cool. Place in the fridge for 1–2 hours to cool further before cutting the brownies, as they will be super fudgy.
- 8
Sprinkle with flaky salt and enjoy.
